It´s possible for MedUni Vienna members to publish their research free of charge or with reduced APCs in renowned journals via open access publishing. Open Access Publishing

eBooks

All eBooks are accessible on the MedUni Vienna campus and from outside via remote access. After receiving the library card, external users can download eBooks via the WLAN MUW library in the reading room of the UB.

Databases

Through our Database Information System (DBIS), you can access a large number of scientific online databases, as well as top databases like Scopus, Web of Science, Cochrane DSR & co, which are licensed by the library (off-campus research possible via Remote Access). Datenbanken-Auswahl

If you use PubMed with the library’s linking software, clicking on the „libary button“ will take you directly to the full text options (off-campus via Remote Access). PubMed

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) provides structured access to scientific journals and full text articles, as well as TOP-journals licensed by the library, such as NEJM, Lancet, Nature & co (off-campus via Remote Access). eJournals-Search
