Es handelt sich dabei um die Read-Only-Variante eines kommerziellen Zugangs, der f\u00fcr die Befundung n\u00f6tig ist.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Nutzung der Datenbank ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/cancer.sanger.ac.uk\/cosmic\/register\"><strong>Registrierung<\/strong><\/a> eines individuellen Accounts mit der <strong>MedUni Wien E-Mailadresse<\/strong> erforderlich. Beim Anlegen des Accounts sind folgende Einstellungen zu w\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Organisation Type:<\/strong> Not-For-Profit Organisation \/ Institution \/ Academic Research Centre<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intended Use of COSMIC:<\/strong> Use For Patient Services or to Generate a Clinical Report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personen, die in der Vergangenheit bereits einen COSMIC-Account besa\u00dfen, der nun (f\u00fcr die kommerzielle Nutzung) nicht mehr funktioniert, m\u00fcssen einen neuen Account anlegen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cancer.sanger.ac.uk\/cosmic\/\"><strong>COSMIC\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>wird vom Wellcome Sanger Institute herausgegeben und beinhaltet Informationen zu somatischen Mutationen, darunter \u00fcber 29 Millionen Genom-Mutationen bei mehr als 6.800 spezifischen Krebsarten. Detaillierte Informationen zur Datenbank sind <a href=\"https:\/\/cosmickb.org\"><strong>hier<\/strong><\/a> zu finden.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Medical University of Vienna now have free access to the database <a href=\"https:\/\/cancer.sanger.ac.uk\/cosmic\/\"><strong>COSMIC (Catalogue Of Somatic Mutations In Cancer)<\/strong><\/a>. This is the read-only version of a commercial access that is required for diagnostic purposes.<\/p>\n<p>To use the database, you must <a href=\"https:\/\/cancer.sanger.ac.uk\/cosmic\/register\"><strong>register<\/strong><\/a> an individual account with your MedUni Vienna e-mail address.
