Zeitschriftenprofilseiten bieten umfassende Zeitschriftenmetriken inklusive des Journal Impact Factors (JIF) und des Journal Citation Indicators (JCI) sowie kontextuelle beschreibende Angaben. JCR unterst\u00fctzt Wissenschaftler bei der Auswahl einer geeigneten Zeitschrift f\u00fcr Ihre Publikation und Informationsmanager beim Verwalten der institutionellen Zeitschriftenbest\u00e4nde.<\/p>\n<p>ESI basiert ebenfalls auf den Science und Social Sciences Citation Indizes der WoS Core Collection und teilt die Publikationen der letzten 10 Jahre in 22 grobe Fachgebiete ein. Anhand normalisierter Zitationszahlen werden die Top 1% bzw. 0,1% der Dokumente pro Kategorie und Publikationsjahr bestimmt (Highly Cited und Hot Papers). Anhand der Analyse von Ko-Zitationen werden au\u00dferdem Research Fronts bestimmt.
