JoVE ist ein wissenschaftliches Journal mit Peer Review, das auf Video aufgezeichnete Experimente aus den Life Sciences publiziert (Video-Streaming-Portal). Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Videos sind auch die Anleitungen und Methoden zur Durchf\u00fchrung der Experimente als PDF verf\u00fcgbar. Ziel ist es, die Reproduzierbarkeit und die Transparenz bei Experimenten zu verbessern. Die in JoVE publizierten Beitr\u00e4ge decken folgende Fachgebiete ab: Behavior \/ Verhalten Biochemistry \/ Biochemie Bioengineering \/ Biotechnik Biology \/ Biologie Cancer Research \/ Krebsforschung Chemistry \/ Chemie Developmental Biology \/ Entwicklungsbiologie Engineering \/ Ingenieurwesen Environment \/ Umwelt Genetics \/ Genetik Immunology and Infection \/ Immunologie und Infektion Medicine \/ Medizin Neuroscience \/ Neurowissenschaften Die JoVE-Artikel, sind in allen relevanten Datenbanken (inklusive PubMed\/MEDLINE, SciFinder, Scopus, Chemabstract und Web of Science) indiziert. F\u00fcr zahlreiche Videos stehen Transkripte zur Verf\u00fcgung, die parallel zum Film mitlaufen (Aktivierung \u00fcber den CC-button im Video). Dadurch kann man den gesprochenen Inhalten barrierefrei folgen. Transkripte sind ebenso wie die Tonspur in zahlreichen Sprachen verf\u00fcgbar. JoVE-Videos k\u00f6nnen u.a. \u00fcber Moodle in die Lehre eingebunden werden. Im Education Bereich wird unterschieden zwischen: – JoVE Core (Video-Lehrb\u00fccher f\u00fcr den Studienanfang) – Science Education (Videos f\u00fcr fortgeschrittene Studierende) – Lab Manual (Labor-Anleitungen f\u00fcr den Studienanfang) Es k\u00f6nnen individuelle Playlists erstellt werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus stehen Quiz zur Nachnutzung zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n

JoVEe is a scientific journal with peer review that publishes experiments from the Life Sciences on video (video streaming portal). In addition to the videos, the instructions and methods for carrying out the experiments are also available as a PDF file. The aim is to improve reproducibility and transparency in experiments. The articles published in JoVE cover the following specialist areas: Behavior Biochemistry Bioengineering Biology Cancer Research Chemistry Developmental Biology Engineering Environment Genetics Immunology and Infection Medicine Neuroscience JoVE articles are indexed in all relevant databases (including Pubmed\/MEDLINE, SciFinder, Scopus, Chemabstract and Web of Science). Transcripts are available for numerous videos that run parallel to the film (activation via the CC button in the video). This allows you to follow the spoken content barrier-free. Transcripts are available in numerous languages, \u200b\u200bjust like the sound track. JoVE videos can be integrated into teaching, e.g. via Moodle. A distinction is made in the Education section between: – Jove Core (video textbooks for undergraduate students) – Science Education (videos for advanced students) – Lab Manual (lab instructions for undergraduate students) Individual playlists can be created. In addition, quizzes are available for reuse.<\/p>\n
